At a new screening of the film in Los Angeles, the actor was in attendance with co-star Harris Dickinson and director Helena Reason to talk about the process of shooting the erotic thriller. As informed By People, she said that shooting the film required ‘immense trust’ and that on some days it almost felt like ‘jumping from a clip’ where she didn’t know how she would do particular scenes.

After the screening, Nicole said, “It required a lot of trust… We’d look at each other and say, ‘Okay.’ I’ve always been in search as an actor, where haven’t I been and what can I discover as a human being and this is an area I’ve never been to. Wherever you go, jump off that cliff Okay, I’m just going to drop everything and figure it out with people I trust with an already established genre, but hopefully we can explore new territory and especially “With the lady at the helm.”

Meanwhile, Harris said, “There were definitely days when I was really intimidated by a scene or I didn’t know how I was going to do it. But there was never a day when the scene wasn’t working or we weren’t comfortable or we weren’t getting something, we never felt that time was more important. It was just like, ‘Okay, everybody go away for a second.'”
