Taylor Swift reveals how she decided on the final venues for the final leg of her Erasure Tour.
Taylor Swift kicked off her Erasure Tour in Miami from Friday, October 18 to Sunday, October 20. On the second day of her concert at Rock Hard Stadium, the singer revealed how she planned the stop for the final leg of her tour. Swift explained that she wanted a crowd that would scream the lyrics to “every single song”. The historic tour began in March 2023 and became one of the biggest tours for the singer, covering areas in Australia, Asia and Europe.

How Taylor Swift finalized her tour locations
Just before diving into Lover, Swift revealed that her tour has been “all over the place.” He said, “We decided, if we’re going to finish this tour, it has to happen eventually, we have to pick crowds and cities and places where the crowd will be passionate, enthusiastic, screaming the words to the single at everybody. , like the funniest mob imaginable,” as reported by People.
She added, “So, there was only one conclusion for how to start this last leg and that’s Miami, Florida!” The Blank Space singer also invited a special guest to share the stage to mark her return to the tour after spending her holiday abroad. He welcomed his collaborator Florence Welch to the stage on Friday and Saturday to perform together in Florida from their last released album, The Tortured Poets Department. Welch and Swift spent a sweet moment on stage as Welch grabbed the Calm Down singer’s head before pulling her in for a hug.
Just before her first show on the final stage, Swift shared a video of herself walking into an empty stadium in Miami and pausing briefly to pet Olivia, one of her three cats. She then took off her sunglasses in slow motion, captioned the video “Back in the office” and added Gloriella and Sexy Red’s track Watchu Know About Me.

Swift kept herself busy during breaks between tours by attending games and romantic outings with her boyfriend Travis Kelce. The Kansas City Chiefs celebrated a bye week earlier this month, after which the couple dined out on consecutive nights during a trip to New York. The couple was also spotted on a double date in NYC with Hollywood couple, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. Swift will now travel to New Orleans, Indianapolis and later Canada to complete her Erasure Tour in December.
