Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is currently being held in an NYC jail, is once again facing another trial over allegations that he raped and assaulted a 13-year-old girl at his party in 2000.
The music mogul is nearing the first anniversary of the speedy settlement of the sexual harassment and abuse case filed against him by Casey Ventura. However, Diddy is now facing new legal troubles, as six additional lawsuits have been filed against him within the last few hours.
One of the lawsuits, filed in violation of New York City’s Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, now involves 37-year-old Jane Doe, who claims she was attacked at an MTV VMAs after-party on September 7, 2000. Represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who has already brought six similar cases against Combs, the then-13-year-old girl says she felt “woozy and dizzy” after having one drink at the party.

Didi ‘vaginally raped’ a minor…
“Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be a spare bedroom so she could lie down for a moment,” the lawsuit says.
The lawsuit further reads, “Immediately thereafter, Combs, accompanied by a male and female celebrity, entered the room.” “Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party!'”
“Combs then threw Plaintiff toward another male celebrity, Celebrity A, who removed Plaintiff’s clothing as she became more and more disoriented,” the lawsuit states.
“Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A, who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a woman, watched. After the male celebrity was eliminated, Combs vaginally raped the plaintiff while Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched. Combs attempted to force the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by striking Combs in the neck; He stopped.”

After the alleged attack, the victim managed to flee from the “big white house with a U-shaped door” where the party took place. Eventually he contacted his father, who picked him up and took him home.
“Following the attack, the plaintiff fell into a severe depression which impacted every aspect of her life.” Attorney Buzbee, who filed similar cases for four men and two women on October 14, claims there are over 100 alleged victims of Combs who may soon come forward with additional lawsuits.
