
Former One Direction member Liam Payne died on October 16 after falling from the third-floor balcony of his hotel room at the Casasur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Now sources have confirmed ABC News Cited that a toxicology report showed that Payne had “multiple substances” in her system at the time of her death, including a drug called “pink cocaine”.
According to the National Capital Poison Center, “pink cocaine”, a recreational drug that does not necessarily contain cocaine, often includes a combination of methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA. Also, according to sources, an “improvised aluminum pipe” used for swallowing drugs was also found in his hotel room.

Pablo Polisicchio, communications director of the Buenos Aires Security Ministry, said the 31-year-old musician had “jumped from the balcony of his room” on the third floor of the Casasur Palermo hotel.
Buenos Aires hotel called 911 before Payne died
Before Payne collapsed, the hotel’s chief receptionist called 911, concerned about his behavior. Local Argentine outlet La Nación quoted Call as saying: “Okay, we have a guest who is under the influence of drugs and alcohol. And, well, he… When he’s conscious, he’s breaking down, he’s breaking down the whole room. And, well, we need you to send someone please.”
The receptionist, named ‘Esteban’ in reports, noted that Payne had been staying at the hotel for three days and was “trashing the entire room” before collapsing. However, Payne’s name was not mentioned in the call.
Shortly after the emergency call, Payne fell from the balcony, resulting in his untimely death.

The autopsy revealed that Payne suffered 25 injuries that were “consistent with injuries caused by a fall from height.” and “the head injuries were sufficient to cause death.” Additionally, “internal and external bleeding” affecting the skull, thorax, abdomen and limbs played a large role in his death.
