Diljit Dosanjh kicked off his Dil-Luminati Tour at JLN Stadium in Delhi on Saturday. Fans became restless due to the delay in the concert.

It’s almost time! Diljit Dosanjh’s eager fans lined up in hundreds to watch him live as he kicked off the India leg of his concerts as part of his Dil-Luminati Tour in Delhi today. The singer is all set to perform at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Saturday evening. However, the concert did not start on time, leaving many fans angry at the overcrowded conditions inside the venue. The concert was scheduled to start at 7 pm but that deadline was not followed. There were hundreds of fans present at the JLN Stadium who stood in line to watch the singer sing some of his favorite tracks like Born to Shine, Goat, Lemonade, 5 Tara and Do You Know.

Fans became frustrated in the heat and impatient for the concert to begin. The lights on the stage were still off but there was no sign of the show starting. Eventually the concert started about an hour late, around 7.50.

Earlier in Delhi, huge queues of fans formed outside the venue before the concert, which stretched for several kilometres. Many fans took to their social media accounts to share their excitement of finally seeing their favorite singer live. Diljit also posted a series of pictures of him landing in India and meeting some of his fans. “What is the weather of Delhi saying? Dil-Luminati Tour Year 24,” he wrote in the caption.

Diljit is on a world tour and is finally bringing the magic of Dil-Luminati to India. The first concert will take place in Delhi on 26 October, followed by the second show in Delhi on 27 October. After this the tour will go to Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh and Guwahati.
