Beyoncé released a new music video for ‘Bodyguard’ on US Presidential Election day, in which she urged fans to vote.

Beyoncé released her first music video since 2021 for the Cowboy Carter song Bodyguard on US Election Day. He also urged American fans to vote by showing the vote symbol on a toy gun in the music video. Earlier last month, at a Houston rally, Beyoncé supported the Democrat candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris, while expressing her concerns about the future of America. In the music video, Beyoncé plays Pamela Anderson’s character CJ Parker from Baywatch. She wore a platinum wig and a red swimsuit in 90s style. In one scene, the singer fired a blaster flag gun with the message loud and clear: “Vote!” Watch the video here:

Last month, Beyoncé spoke during a campaign rally for Democrat presidential candidate US Vice President Kamala Harris in Houston. In her speech she strongly advocated reproductive rights for women and said, “We are on the brink of an incredible change, on the brink of history. I am not here as a celebrity. I am not here as a politician. I am here as a mother. A mother who cares deeply about the world that my children and all of our children live in.”

He further added, “A world where we have the freedom to control our bodies. A world where we are not divided. Our past, our present, our future, merge here and meet us. Imagine our daughters growing up seeing what is possible without limits, without limits. Imagine our grandmothers, imagine what they are feeling right now. Those who lived to see this historic day.”

The US Presidential Election 2024 is scheduled to be held on November 5, with the results likely to be declared on November 6.
