Indian musician Ricky Cage won his first Grammy Award in 2015. He won some more awards in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
Indian musician Ricky Cage is extremely happy to receive his fourth Grammy Award nomination. Their album Break of Dawn has been nominated in the Best New Age, Ambient, or Chant Album category at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards. Hoping to win his fourth award, Ricky Cage told ANI via voice note, “I’ve already won three Grammy Awards, and this is my fourth nomination, I hope this makes it my fourth win. “I’ve been there all my life.” Environmentalist and I have always believed that our ancient Indian culture teaches us that the impurities of the environment are directly related to the impurities of the mind, so to solve any problem we face as a species, We must first purify our minds.”
“And Break of Dawn was created by me with this belief in mind as a catalyst to create a more compassionate, kind and environmentally conscious society through the power of music. So Break of Dawn is a new age album Each of the nine songs on Break of Dawn is based on an ancient Indian raga, carefully composed to promote mental health and well-being. “I am focused,” he said. I am extremely grateful for this honor of receiving a Grammy nomination.”
In 2015, Ricky Cage won his first Grammy Award for his album Winds of Samsara, which was honored as Best New Age Recording of the Year. In 2022 and 2023, he received the Grammy Award for the second and third time respectively.
The Grammy Awards will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
