One of Kanye West’s former employees revealed that working for him was a “nightmare” as they are moving to take legal action against the rapper. Murphy aficionado filed a lawsuit against the rapper where he claimed that West subjected him to unbearable atrocities. He also described an instance where he was called to a business meeting, however, West walked out of the meeting to have “loud” intercourse with his wife Bianca Censori.

Employee files suit against Kanye
The aficionado claimed she was hired as a project manager by West in October 2022 and was summoned to the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria for “a work meeting” the following month. However, when he arrived the rapper was reportedly “shirtless” and “out of breath”.
According to Page Six, the documents state, “The hobbyist entered the lavish hotel room, but was stunned to see that Ye’s pants were open and his then-girlfriend, Bianca Sensori, was standing topless — barely holding her hands. Covering her bare breasts. It became immediately clear to the aficionado that Sensei and Ye had recently been having sex.”
The employee let West know he was “overwhelmed with discomfort” and offered to come back later. However, the rapper ordered him to come inside, which the aficionado complied after noticing the rapper’s “explosive anger and aggression”. Meanwhile, Censor moved into the adjacent room, where West held the door open to view her naked body.
The 47-year-old man then left “in the middle of their conversation” and walked into the room his then-girlfriend was in, “closing the door but leaving it only slightly open.” “Within seconds, Aficionado began hearing loud moaning and clapping sounds coming from the room where he and Senseori were having sex,” the documents read. Once finished, West re-entered the room “wearing a T-shirt with a swastika” and allegedly asked her, “Don’t you like my shirt?”
The lawsuit also says, “Then randomly and without any solicitation, he sat down with the aficionado and showed her nude photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian on his phone,” as Page Six reports.

Aficionados also faced similar instances
Later that week, Ye invited the aficionado to the hotel where a similar situation occurred, only this time he had sex not with Sensei but with the masseuse. These incidents made the plaintiff ‘feel humiliated and dehumanized.’ In the lawsuit, he also mentioned West’s alleged “anti-Semitic attacks and conspiracies”, which were a “daily occurrence” for him.
The lawsuit also said, “Too often, these outbursts involve how Jews controlled the Kardashians. At other times, you talked about how the Jews were going after him and his money. During those days, he constantly shouted at his employees, including Aficionado.
The plaintiff also said the rapper’s “proud bigotry” was well known and that he would often say things to his employees such as “‘The Jews are out to get me.’ ‘They froze my bank account.’ ‘The Jews got Kim and my kids.'” West reportedly once told Aficionado that his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, “has Jewish gurus.”
Aficionado is suing West for multiple claims, including discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, labor violations and unpaid wages. He alleges that West agreed to pay him $125 an hour, but he never received any pay despite working up to 70 hours a week for nine months. Their working relationship ended when West instructed him to begin construction of Donda Academy without proper permits. When the aficionado raised concerns about potential legal and security risks, he claims he was demeaned and fired.
