The alleged victim was 18 years old in 2001 when Diddy allegedly sexually assaulted her

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the first lawsuit says the Maryland woman, who was 18 in 2001, was sexually assaulted outside a Halloween party in New York City. The unnamed Jane Doe alleges that one of the rapper’s security guards took her away in a black SUV limousine at the time. Diddy was waiting there with six members of his security team.

At one point, she was allegedly given a drink, which ultimately made her dizzy as Diddy forced her to perform oral sex on all the men present in the limo, including himself. Doe further claimed that the now-disgraced rapper resorted to name-calling during the alleged incident. She also reportedly spilled champagne on him, as he is shown doing the same at one of his infamous white parties.

The male victim was also allegedly drugged before the attack

In the second lawsuit, a Florida man says he was invited to an after-party at a Miami residence. The place is believed to be filled with prominent public figures. According to John Doe, the accuser claims Diddy or one of his associates spiked his drink. As a result, he became unconscious but when he woke up he felt severe pain in his rectum and anus. Upon awakening, the man realized that his clothes were missing and a “fully erect” comb was attempting to penetrate his anus.

As Jane Doe previously mentioned in the lawsuit, Diddy yelled insults at the man during the alleged attack. Meanwhile, Plaintiff barely had the strength left to resist Combs’s advances due to his intoxication caused by his intoxicating drink. After all, he stayed in the same room the whole night. When he woke up the next day, he was handed his clothes and taken to the nightclub where the party had started the night before.
