Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused again in a new lawsuit of violently attacking a man at a Miami house party in 2022, according to disturbing allegations revealed in new court filings. Combs’ legal team has dismissed the lawsuits as an “embarrassing publicity stunt.”
The plaintiff, named ‘John Doe’, claims his drink was spiked during a party, causing him to pass out, and when he woke up he found himself attacked by Combs, who allegedly wore a “disturbing smile” and made a “dirty” appearance. Comment.
According to the lawsuit, the alleged incident occurred in a bedroom in front of several people. The plaintiff stated that when he partially regained consciousness, he felt a “sharp pain” in his rectum and noticed that some of his clothes were missing. He then turned back and allegedly saw a naked “fully erect” Combs, who was allegedly raping him.

Diddy allegedly talked ‘dirty’ to male victim
“Plaintiff overheard Combs ‘talking dirty’ to her and others in the bedroom and Plaintiff remembers Combs telling her, ‘[t]This is what you want,’ all with a disturbing smile,” the court filing says.
The drugs in his system reportedly left him unable to resist or fight back, and he eventually became unconscious again. The plaintiff claims he woke up alone the next morning, before a member of Combs’ security team came in, gave him his clothes and instructed him to leave.
The lawsuit is part of a series of civil cases recently filed against the music mogul in Manhattan. Another lawsuit brought by a Maryland woman named ‘Jane Doe’ alleges that Combs sexually assaulted her in 2001 when she was 18.
They said the attack took place in a limousine outside a New York City nightclub, where Combs and several members of his security team were present. The woman alleges she was given a drugged drink before being forced to perform sexual acts with Combs and his associates.

“Combs abused the women as he sprayed them with champagne in a derogatory manner as they performed these sexual acts against their will. Ultimately, Combs forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex on himself, which she did,” her lawsuit alleges.
