according to rolling stoneFormer America’s Next Top Model contestant Jennifer Ann has filed a new lawsuit alleging sexual harassment. The claims revolve around La Roux’s production of In for the Kill, where Kanye contributed a verse.

She claims Kanye allegedly choked her with both hands and gave her “obscene gagging.” The incident occurred while the video was being shot at the Chelsea Hotel in Manhattan in 2010.

In the complaint filed Friday in New York federal court, Jennifer claimed she was wearing lingerie and acting as a background actor in the video. She alleged that when Kanye arrived on set he pointed at her and said, “Give me an Asian girl.”

“On camera, Defendant West began to strangle Plaintiff with one hand. He then wrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands,” the lawsuit alleges.

In the complaint, Jennifer claimed Kanye used his fingers to “forcefully simulate oral sex” and allegedly yelled, “This is art.” This is bullshit art. I’m like Picasso.”

The lawsuit states that Kanye attacked Jennifer in a manner “similar to obscene gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes”. Jennifer alleged that no one helped her.

“The plaintiff was having difficulty breathing and felt as if she had temporarily fainted. When Defendant West decided he was finished with Plaintiff, her face was covered in saliva and smeared with makeup,” the lawsuit states.

Model N has named Universal Music Group as a co-defendant in the lawsuit, claiming that the company arranged for Kanye’s planned cameo in the video and subsequently “failed to investigate or take action”.

She has accused Kanye of sexual assault and strangulation and is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. Meanwhile, Kanye has yet to respond to the new lawsuit.

Growing trouble for Kanye

The new lawsuit comes after a former Yeezy employee sued Kanye last week, claiming Kanye yelled anti-Semitic remarks at her and forced her to sit in a hotel room while Kanye was on an occasion. But he was having vigorous sex in the next room with his wife Bianca Sensori and a masseuse in the other. He has been the subject of several complaints that were filed following his anti-Semitic comments posted on his social media accounts in October 2022. The post also led to the end of his partnerships with Gap and Adidas.

Last June, his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta filed a lawsuit alleging that Kanye sent her sexually explicit messages and masturbated in front of her during an incredible campaign of sexual harassment.
