ShadowThere is a Bengali film directed by the first filmmakers Tanushree Das and Soumayanand Sahi.

The film’s premiere was at the 75th Berlin International Film Festival, which competed in the newly introduced Perspectives section, the film received a huge response from the international audiences, echoing with its powerful tale and hypnotic performances.

The film stars the National Award winning actor Tilotama Shom Maya, as Chandan Bisht Sundar, debut as Sion Karmakar, and Suman Saha as Constable Ripon.

Conspiracy Shadow The journey revolves around Maya’s visit, a woman who carries many jobs taking care of her teenage son and husband, a retired soldier who is struggling with PTSD.

In unexpected circumstances, Maya’s husband suddenly disappears and Maya faces a fight for existence that tests her strength, love and flexibility.

Considering the reception of the film in Berlinley, co-director Tanushree Das shared, “Experienced the world premiere of our film Shadow In Berlinley, with his story at the end, he was coming to life on the big screen, there was an incredibly special moment for us. The film has been a labor of love for the size of dedication and cooperation of so many creative talents from the cinematic spectrum over the years.
