Mumbai: Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Mother’s Day celebration was as lovely as it was adorable and heart-touching. Her sons Taimur and Jeh became chefs for mom Kareena and made chocolate cake for the ‘Jab We Met star’.
Kareena shared many pictures of Mother’s Day celebration on Instagram story.
The post also included a picture of cake mix and melted butter as well as a picture of tiny hands mixing the cake mix, which probably belonged to Kareena’s younger son Jeh. He also showed a glimpse of Taimur. There was flour on his cheek.
In the last picture of the post, Jeh is seen standing near the cake and holding a candle in his hand.
Catching the attention of netizens, Kareena captioned the post, “Guess who ate all my Mother’s Day cake.”
Kareena’s sister-in-law Saba Pataudi commented, “Jehjaan.”
“So cute,” one Instagram user wrote.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena was recently named the new National Ambassador of UNICEF India.
On being selected as UNICEF India’s National Ambassador, Kareena said, “I am very honored and very humbled to take up this position. I have worked tirelessly and worked very hard with all my heart. And now, finally, I’m getting involved.” As a National Ambassador, but of course, it also comes with a huge responsibility which I accept wholeheartedly to ensure that every child in every corner of India, no matter how vulnerable, Wherever it is… I’d like to include it. When I say about each child, I do not specify gender, I do not want to, whether or not to have a voice, able or disabled… I specify for each child that I do not want to, to give them their fundamental rights. I will work for…,” he said.

The ‘Crew’ star stressed on the need to develop a child’s self-confidence so that they can invent new ideas and dream big in life. To create the innovation they need because children are the future of our country. So to do that, we have to instill confidence in them, which we have to do,” he said.
“And by that I mean involving them in sports, drama, painting, art, reading, things like that, that’s what we are planning to do. And that’s what I want. I think these two things are the most important one. The early years of the child, which I am sure we are going to do in the coming years and certainly, I would say, a decade with UNICEF India, it has been an absolutely tremendous journey.”
On the film front, Kareena is currently enjoying the success of ‘Crew’, in which she shared screen space with Kriti Sanon and Tabu.
Directed by Rajesh A Krishnan, ‘Crew’ revolves around the journey of three working women set against the backdrop of the aviation industry. The film also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Kapil Sharma, Saswata Chatterjee, Rajesh Sharma and Kulbhushan Kharbanda.
In the coming months, she will be seen playing the lead role in Hansal Mehta’s ‘The Buckingham Murders’. He also has Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’.
