Music director-actor GV Prakash Kumar and his wife Sandhvi have revealed their separation after 11 years of marriage. The couple recently shared a post on Instagram to jointly announce their decision to file for divorce. This news has disappointed the fans. The post said, ‘For our mental peace and well-being while maintaining our mutual respect.’ They got married in 2013 and in 2020 they became parents of a baby girl, whom they named Anvi.

Taking to their social media accounts, the couple also requested the media, friends and fans to respect their privacy during this personal transition.
