Cucumber– Grate the cucumber and cool it, then apply it on sunburn affected skin to reduce swelling.
Coconut– Applying coconut milk/coconut water on the affected area provides instant relief to the skin.
Aloe vera gel– It helps heal the damage caused by sunburn, it repairs the skin naturally due to its anti-inflammatory properties and also reduces swelling.
Sandalwood– This is another natural remedy that is rich in cooling properties, it helps in healing, reduces blemishes and removes redness on the skin. To soothe your skin, apply sandalwood paste mixed with cold rose water.
