Naomi Campbell, Jacqueline Fernandez and Hans Zimmer

Jacqueline Fernandez has joined the Indian diaspora celebrities at the Cannes Film Festival 2024, marking her debut at the event. Representing India through its association with BMW, Fernandez joined supermodel Naomi Campbell and veteran film composer Hans Zimmer as a special invitee.

Fernandez’s golden gown, adorned with intricate lattice cutouts and pearl straps, took inspiration from Naomi Campbell’s iconic runway moment during the French label’s Fall 1996 couture presentation.

Campbell wore a sleek black dress with a cut mesh fabric band, while Zimmer wore a finely tailored coat and pants.

Speaking ahead of her appearance at Cannes, Fernandez told ANI, “I’m very excited to be going to the Cannes Film Festival once again this year and I can’t wait to do it.” It feels great to represent, and it’s an honor to walk the prestigious red carpet where so many legends have already walked.”
