Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, Ananya Pandey Kesari go to Golden Temple ahead of Chapter 2 release

As anticipation makes his upcoming historic drama ‘Kesari Chapter 2: The Untold Story of Jalianwala Bagh’, actor Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, and Ananya Pandey visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar on Monday, which to close the film’s promotional activities on a spiritual note.

Before launching in city-wide promotion, Trikadi paid his honor at the prestigious Sikh Shrine. Wearing a simple and traditional dress, the actors took a moment to reflect and present the prayer. Akshay Kumar chose a gray shirt with a matching trouser, while Ananya Pandey looked beautiful in a pink and white salwar suit. Madhavan opted for a white kurta-pinjama, keeping it classic.

Madhavan symbolizes 25 years as an actor

R Madhavan marked the occasion with an intensive personal message. Sharing a picture with Golden Temple, he reflected on his cinematic visit:

The book ‘Kesari Chapter 2’ is inspired by the book ‘The Case the Hila The Empire’, after the murder of Michael O’Dwire in the 1924 court case, after killing a prominent person behind the former Lieutenant Governor of Punjab and a prominent person behind the Jalianwala Bagh massacre of 13 April 1919.
