Akshay Kumar has sold his apartment for ₹ 4.35 crore in Oberoi Sky City, Borivali East, Mumbai Linkedin Post shared by square yard.

The actor bought an apartment for ₹ 2.37 crore in November 2017 and saw 84% appreciation in seven years. The unit of 1,073 sq ft consists of two car parking spaces and a stamp duty of ₹ 26.1 lakh and a registration fee of ₹ 30,000.

The Post also mentioned that Akshay Kumar sold another unit in a single project for ₹ 4.25 crore in January.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar’s 2007 hit Hello london Returning to theaters on Holi on 14 March.
