Recently, mother-to-be Deepika Padukone faced a lot of negativity on social media. Since announcing her pregnancy earlier this year, the actress hasn’t done much flaunting her baby bump.

In this ongoing trolling, senior journalist Faye D’Souza took to her social media handle and wrote a strongly worded post condemning the trolls who are shaming Deepika over her baby bump.

Take a look at her post:

In her post she wrote, “Dear social media, Deepika Padukone came out to do her democratic duty and vote. She didn’t ask for your feedback about her body or her pregnancy. You have no right to comment on any aspect of his life. Stop it. Behaviour.”

Many actors came in support of her as they liked her post after which the post went viral. Alia Bhatt was one of them and her sisters Shaheen Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt as well as her mother Soni Razdan also showed their support by liking the post.

Agreeing, actress Shruti Seth wrote, “Luckily @deepikapadukone is so busy taking over the world that she doesn’t care! She’s ignoring all their opinions.” TV star Tina Dutta said, “Absolutely! People have lost their temper.”

Deepika’s fans are praising Alia and other actors for their cooperative and sympathetic stance towards their beloved star.

Apart from this, on the work front Deepika Padukone, the actress is currently busy with her much-awaited projects, one of which is the pan India film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ and the other being ‘Singham Again’.
