Chennai: There is a stir on social media after music composer AR Rahman and his wife Saira Banu recently announced their separation.

Amid the ongoing rumours, AR Rahman’s son AR Amin took to Instagram and strongly condemned the “baseless” reports.

The news of Rehman and Saira’s separation was first shared through a joint statement issued by Saira’s lawyer Vandana Shah.
The couple said their decision was due to “significant emotional stress” in their relationship.
