The next moon-themed project from the original LOONA members (JinSoul, HaSeul, Kim Lip, HeeJin, and Choerry) is officially here! Working under Jaden Jeong and Joseph Baek’s MODHAUS (모드 한국어) label and entertainment agency, ARTMS unveiled their fourth and final pre-release single, Air, on May 10, which is the lead single from their upcoming debut studio album Daels (Divine All Love & Live) teases Ultimate Big. Reveal later this month.
Reminiscent of LOONA 1/3’s debut EP, Love & Live, ARTMS’s upcoming full-length album will consist of eleven tracks. It will be launched on the streaming platform on May 31 at 1PM KST. Ahead of its premiere, the K-pop girl group introduced four pre-release tracks, creating anticipation and buzz about their new project.
Air is one of four music singles released so far. The single of May 10 synonymously personifies summer in a song. Its radiant, sultry, sonic energy inspires a musical energy associated with the season. The song “combines a bouncy, bubbly bass line with an airy falsetto,” and “the sunny track is effortlessly catchy and demanding replays.”

Air’s official description reflects the members’ artistic expression of being “ambitious and moving forward without restraint rather than following society or norms”.

From the eleven-track album, four pre-release singles have already been unveiled. Before revealing Air’s summer inspiration, ARTMS released the tracks Birth, Flower Rhythm and Candy Crush.
Where Byrd expressed the ups and downs of love and heartbreak, Flower Rhythm served as an 80s pop-inspired track that was “about the anticipation of getting closer to a new crush.” Candy Crush, on the other hand, offered an easy-listening music experience. The pop-inspired song continues the heartfelt story by expressing “the moment a person finds true love.”

About ARTMS
The K-pop quintet debuted in the summer of 2023 following the debut of its first sub-unit, ODD EYE CIRCLE. The girl group is named after the Greek goddess Artemis, who is closely associated with the moon.
After a lengthy battle over creative freedom, all twelve LOONA members parted ways with BlockberryCreative in 2023. Shortly after winning their case, the now-ARTMS members signed with MODHAUS, resulting in their brand new lunar-themed debut with the ARTMS project. With the revival of dear ODDEYECIRCLE.
