Mumbai: Former BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover has spoken out after Salman attacked him for his earlier statements against him during the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode of ‘Bigg Boss 18’.

Grover posted a picture with Salman on his X account on Monday and wrote that the episode would have received “great viewership”. This happened when Salman questioned Grover about his previous comments on their brand collaborations.

In his post, Grover wrote, “I hope you enjoyed Bigg Boss Weekend Ka Vaar! I thoroughly enjoyed it. And I’m sure the special episode got great TRPs/viewers. By the way, all the statements given below are true “

Grover also praised the ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ actor and added, “Salman is a great host and actor. Salman knows what works in Bigg Boss. I have always admired Salman for his sense of self and business. – Not a single thing.” “Ever said anything disrespectful to her.”

Sharing more details about their meeting, Grover said, “I met Salman for 3 hours at JW Marriott Juhu in May 2019 to discuss the brand collaboration. It’s okay if he doesn’t remember me “I was not a public person then, and he met a lot of people,” he wrote.

She also said that she got a proper invite for the Bigg Boss show and thanked Salman in her post, saying, “Thank you @BeingSalmanKhan keep doing the amazing thing!”

Salman Khan became the brand ambassador of BharatPe in 2019 during Ashneer Grover’s leadership at the company. Last year, in the podcast Waghera Waghera, Grover had alleged that he had negotiated to reduce Salman’s fee from Rs 7.5 crore to Rs 4.5 crore. He also told that at that time Salman’s team had refused to take photos with the actor.
