Ashton Kutcher has been keeping a low profile due to the scandal involving his former acquaintance, disgraced rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, facing one lawsuit after another. On Tuesday, the 46-year-old was seen hiking with a friend. Although the actor seemed to be chatting during a walk, he seemed “seriously worried” and avoided smiling at the camera.
Dressing casually for the outing, Kutcher wore a gray sweater, light-wash jeans, a baseball cap, sunglasses, and sneakers while carrying a canteen of water. The father of two was seen in deep discussion with his partner while strolling down the street.
Combs was recently arrested and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation for prostitution. The father of seven has pleaded not guilty to the charges, with a trial scheduled for May 2025.

Kutcher’s past friendship with Diddy is ‘worrying’
Once close, the two celebrities were often seen together several years ago, having reportedly bonded while working on the MTV show. Kutcher hosted Punk’d, while Combs starred in Making the Band.
Their past camaraderie has brought Kutcher into the crosshairs of public speculation, particularly as allegations have surfaced regarding Combs’s notorious “freak-off” parties, which some claim included drugging and sexually assaulting attendees. Harassment was involved. During a 2019 appearance on Hot Ones, Kutcher hinted that he was aware of those parties, saying, “I have a lot I can’t tell. Even he can’t tell. …I’m actually cycling through them. Sister party stories, man, that was some weird stuff down memory lane.
An insider told intouch weekly“Ashton is seriously worried about being dragged into his ugly mess.” The source then added, “People are angry, and they want answers.”
While no other celebrities are named in the legal action against Combs, some testified about the presence of tapes that depict the star engaging in erotic scenes at parties hosted by the music mogul. Another source speculated, “Ashton may very well be called to testify against Diddy.”

Attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing 120 individuals in lawsuits against Combs, warned that “If you attended one of these ‘parties,’ … and you were there in the room, or you participated , or you saw it happen and didn’t say anything, or you helped cover it up, in my opinion, you have a problem.
