All the NDAs Angelina Jolie has signed over the past eight years will be submitted for the ongoing civil suit between her and Brad Pitt over their chateau, fine wines and vineyards in France.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Jolie to produce “all non-privileged documents in her possession, custody or control,” as requested by Pitt’s legal team.
This includes any NDAs the ‘Maleficent’ star has entered into. The judge has given Jolie one month to comply with the order.
Pitt claimed Jolie had no reason to disclose these agreements.

Pitt’s team calls the decision a ‘crushing blow’
A source in Pitt’s camp described the decision as a “dealing blow” to Jolie, who had previously argued that granting such a request would be “expensive”, “wasteful”, “inappropriate” and “disrespectful”. .
Jolie’s lawyers continued to point out that the release of the NDA violates the privacy aspect of the other individuals involved
These records likely include relevant contracts with various Hollywood entities, such as employers, brands, and employees; the contracts likely include “contracts that involve Jolie’s compensation or compensation paid by her to third parties.”
Now, Jolie’s team is expected to provide a list of documents they consider privileged, allowing Pitt’s lawyers to “evaluate the merits of Jolie’s privilege claims.”
Earlier this year, the ‘Bullet Train’ star’s lawyers had sought information about the number of NDAs signed by Jolie’s staff members. This came after Jolie alleged that Pitt was trying to control her through an “exclusionary” agreement.

The documents filed by Jolie claim that Pitt demanded she sign a particularly “arduous” and “detailed” NDA that would cover her “personal misconduct,” regardless of her connection to Miraval, as a condition that she sell her share in the winery to him.

Jolie has alleged in legal documents that the breakdown was caused by unfair terms of the NDA. And he sold his shares to a subsidiary of the Stoli Group.
However, after the LA court’s decision, Jolie’s lawyer Paul Murphy called it a victory for his side. Murphy said, “A simple NDA is not comparable to Mr. Pitt’s last-minute demand to try to hide his personal misconduct. We are very pleased to submit them and we are satisfied that the court has Admittedly, the only possible relevance is the immorality of Mr Pitt’s conduct, which has now become a significant issue in this case.”
