Releasing October 27, the ID doc brings back tragic memories of Brown’s alleged assault, domestic violence and more. Adding to that ugly list of allegations, an anonymous woman comes forward claiming that the “Under the Influence” singer raped her in 2020. “Even coming forward as Jane Doe, few people knew who I was,” says Jane Doe. “By coming forward with this now, I hope I can shed light on what really happened.” She also insists that she received death threats after the alleged incident, which is possibly why she is still hiding her identity while speaking out against Brown.

What allegedly happened between Chris Brown’s accuser and Chris Brown on Diddy’s yacht?

The R&B singer’s accuser claims an acquaintance contacted her on December 30, 2020, and invited her onto Diddy’s yacht during a trip to Miami with a friend. Doe reportedly recently relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer.

After arriving he realized that Brown was also there. He regarded her appearance as a “sign” in the right direction, as he hoped to get some industry advice from the acclaimed singer. At some point during their conversation, Brown allegedly gave her a drink and her blurry memory eventually failed. “I’m not even sure…this is when my memory starts getting a little wonky,” she claims. “I don’t remember seeing him put it up, but I just Drank and he handed me another drink. As I stood there, I started feeling tired and my body felt a little heavy.

According to Doe in the documentary, the “Turn Up the Music” singer then took her to a bedroom where Brown allegedly had sex with her despite her being out of all sorts of ways. “I remember laying down and I thought, ‘Why can’t I get up?’ The next thing I knew he was on top of me and I couldn’t move and I said ‘no’ and then I felt him… the next thing I knew he was inside me,” she adds. Says she was so “disgusted” that Brown allegedly ejaculated inside her.

After allegedly raping her, the R&B musician took hold of her phone and left a message for himself, presumably as a means of getting her number. While she believes “most girls I think would be happy,” Doe could not accept what had happened and that it was not what she wanted.

Doe also claims that she has continued to contact the singer for “more clarity” on what allegedly happened between them. It appears that after treatment she finally came to terms with admitting that she had been sexually assaulted. “I know it as a fact. Instead of telling yourself it wasn’t so. it was. It was rape,” she says,

Jane Doe’s initial $20 million lawsuit against Chris Brown was dismissed

Additionally, the ID documentary reveals that even though she cooperated with a legal team to bring the incident to light, her case was dismissed “without prejudice” in 2022, citing a “lack of prosecution”. Rejected, the people said.

Rolling Stone also previously reported that her lawyers had canceled their settlement with the woman after police discovered text messages between her and Brown following the incident. Through his initial lawsuit, Doe sought $20 million in damages.

The legality of the situation is reportedly back in action as one of Doe’s lawyers, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, is representing her again. “I respect my client and I believe what happened to him is 100% true. I feel that as an advocate I failed her because in such a short period of time I was not able to make her comfortable enough with me to feel 100% comfortable with coming to terms with me,” she says in a statement. Doe’s attorney, Mitchell, also strongly claimed in the documentary that Brown was guilty of the charges, but that the music industry protected him and other predators.

Chris Brown’s attorney denied the allegations made in the documentary and accused Doe of fabricating her claims against his client. Meanwhile, the lawyer for now-disgraced hip-hop mogul P. Diddy chose not to comment, while the Bad Boy Records founder is being held behind bars without bail.

The most high-profile case on Brown’s list of allegations is the assault on his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. The two former lovers were embroiled in a toxic relationship in the early 2000s. He was eventually arrested for physically attacking her before the 2009 Grammy Awards. Months later, she pleaded guilty to a felony and ultimately accepted a plea deal of community labor, five years of probation, and domestic violence counseling.

The “Forever” singer has also been embroiled in cases of off-stage aggression, physical fights, and other legal conflicts over the years.

“The hardest aspect is controlling yourself around women. I’m just being ridiculous, because I love him so much,” a young Chris admits in archival footage in Chris Brown: A History of Violence.

The new Chris Brown documentary will be released on Sunday, October 27 on iD.
