New Delhi: Dear Indian crime thriller CID is back on television, and its latest casting change has held a lot of discussion among fans.
Partha Samathan has joined the show as ACP Ayushmann, who first step into the shoes of the reputed ACP Preduman played by Shivaji Satam. The infection follows death in the story of ACP Preduman, a domestic name in Indian television.
In the newly released promo, ACP Ayushman has seen the officials and Abhijeet inquiring about their recent work.
He says, “Hot hoon with the main ek hi cheese and that is affecting the result.”
For this, Daya (played by Dayanand Chandrashekhar Shetty) replies, “Aap fikar mat kariye ac sir. Bas kuch hi dino ki baat hai, Phir result aapke samne hong.
The promo has given rise to mixed reactions from fans. While some are excited about new additions, others are unhappy with the replacement of the original character.
Sony Entertainment Television shared the promo on its official Instagram handle, highlighting tension between new and experienced officials.

The reactions for the entry of the Partha Samathan are divided. While some fans are welcoming, many are indifferent and vocal about the portrayal of ACP Preduman of Shivaji Satam.
