A few days after reports about Shivaji Satam exit from prestigious TV show CIDThe manufacturers officially announced the death of their character, ACP Preduman.
In a post shared on X (East Twitter), Sony TV confirmed, “ACP Preduman is no more”, marking the end of an era to the beloved chain.
The manufacturers shared a picture of the actor as ACP Pradyaman and wrote, “In the love of ACP Preduman … a disadvantage that will never be forgotten.”

Internet Shivaji was not happy with the decision of the manufacturers to reject Satam CIDPeople flooded with the commentary section with criticism.
One user wrote, “This is unacceptable and really a shame on you @sonytv. Have you lost your mind that you’re writing it? There is only an ACP predeman, and this is our beloved @shivaajisatam sir.”

In an interview with Bombay TimesShivaji Satam addressed reports of his exit CIDThe actor said, “I have no clue about this. I have taken a break for some time, and the manufacturers know what is next in the show.”
He said, “I have learned to take everything in my strid, and if my track is over, I am fine with it. However, I have not been told whether my track is over or not! So far, I am not shooting for the show.”
CID Premier was earlier premiered in 1998 and was a notable 20 -year run by 2018. The show made a comeback on Sony TV in December last year.
