Courteney Cox is keeping Friends co-star Matthew Perry in her thoughts. Recently it was the 20th anniversary of the Friends series finale. In a new interview with cbs sunday morning, Courteney revealed how she still feels Matthew Perry’s presence after his death. Matthews died at his Los Angeles residence on October 28, 2023, at the age of 54. Matthews was best known for his iconic character, Chandler Bing, on Friends. In the interview, Kourtney said, “I think he’s probably one of the funniest humans in the world. You know, he’s very funny. He’s a really big-hearted guy, obviously a struggler. I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to work closely with him for so many years. If we believe that, he comes to see me a lot… I talk to my mother, my father Matthew – I think there are a lot of people who, I think, guide us. I think, yeah, I think Matthew’s definitely around.”

He further said, and expressed his gratitude for the much-loved sitcom. “I’m just grateful that I got to work with such amazing people and live the life that I have now. That was my family. I mean, we went through everything. Those ten years were everything – they Are my family,” she added. Courtney played Monica on Friends.
In a recent Instagram post, Kourtney posted a clip from a special episode of the season 4 finale of Friends. He wrote in the caption, “It has been 20 years since the finale of the Friends series. I don’t know how we were able to function despite all the tears. forever grateful.”
The investigation into the cause of Matthew Perry’s death ended in January this year, when the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that the case was closed. The cause of death was attributed to the acute effects of ketamine.
