Triptai Dimri directed by Shazia Iqbal is a spiritual sequel to the Dhadak 2, 2018 film Dhadak and Mari is a remake of Selvaraj’s acclaim Tamil film Parum Perumal. The story follows Nilesh (Siddhant Chaturvedi), a Dalit law student, and Vidhi (Triptikti Dimri), his upper caste classmate. The two fall in love during the law school, but as their relationship deepens, they face tireless harassment and discrimination.
