Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ lavish Beverly Hills mansion, which he intended to sell for a huge profit, is not attracting buyers either, real estate sources said.
The name of the now-infamous Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has become synonymous with the “Vick Factor”, as his status as a “gatekeeper” mogul has been dogged by controversial headlines and lawsuits. In light of sex trafficking charges that landed him behind bars in Brooklyn, the Bad Boy Records founder’s extravagant Beverly Hills mansion has become a white elephant, generating barely any interest in the real estate market.
If the property’s controversial status amid the Diddy investigation wasn’t enough to wave a big red flag, driving away potential buyers, its “ridiculous” $61.5 million asking price has sealed its misfortune.

‘Ridiculous’ asking price + scandalous statuses raining down on Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion
Real estate sources tell TMZ the Southern California property has attracted “only a few” people to view it. An additional red mark in the mansion’s declining popularity is that it was infamously raided by Homeland Security in March. The Diddy House’s central role in the inconvenient investigation ultimately prevented People from showing “any interest in purchasing the place” despite its luxurious status as a luxurious, posh venue at the center of American pop culture in Los Angeles County.
Combs’ mansion came on the market two months before his September 16 arrest, yet it has only disappointed potential buyers so far. Sources cited one such case, in which a woman was “terrified” by thoughts of Diddy’s ‘Freak Off’ allegations during a visit to the venue and ultimately wanted nothing to do with it.

The original asking price was to be even higher
Revolt’s founder originally purchased the property for $40 a decade ago. However, now that their listing has raised the price of the home, real estate sources have also turned a blind eye to the decision, highlighting that it is “nowhere close” to the asking price. The Daily Mail previously reported that they originally planned to sell the mansion for $70 million, but ultimately reduced the price. Forget selling the place for profit, keeping the Didi scandal in mind, it doesn’t seem like the grand mansion will attract people’s attention right now.
