Didi raped underage aspiring actors during auditions, including a 10-year-old boy, according to new rebel lawsuits.

As promised, attorney Tony Buzbee is following through on his claim of filing 120 new lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in early October, charging him with two new terrifying lawsuits. The latest in a series of formal charges brought against the disgraced mogul is the allegation that he attacked two underage aspiring actors, aged 10 and 17, during audition routines in the early 2000s.

Both lawsuits, filed Monday in New York State Supreme Court, highlight claims by two male accusers. According to Variety, John Doe first alleged sexual assault in 2005 when he was 10 years old. The California native had dreams of becoming an actor and/or rapper at the time.

First case filed on Monday: Sister drugged, raped 10-year-old boy

A hired industry consultant advised the boy’s parents to relocate to New York instead to stay in touch with influential figures in the music business. As part of the said trip, the ten-year-old aspiring rapper met Combs thanks to his mentor. For the “audition” process, the founder of Bad Boy Records requested to meet with the boy one-on-one before introducing himself to his family. As a result, Doe followed the suggestion and met Combs in a hotel room, where her advisor left her alone with the now-disgraced rapper. The founder of the rebellion reportedly told the boy that he could “make him a star.” Waking up from his powerful dreams, Diddy saw the boy performing some rap songs. When asked how much he wanted to achieve those dreams, “Plaintiff, like any ten-year-old child, responded that he would ‘do anything.'” official documents state.

The complaint also accuses Diddy of drugging the young boy before sexually assaulting him. Reportedly, another person present at the scene gave soda to the 10-year-old boy. After consuming it, the boy began feeling “a little weird,” as the complaint now states that it contained a mixture of drugs “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” The lawsuit further claims Combs told the boy, “You’re going to have to do some things you don’t want to do sometimes.” She then exposed her penis to the boy and asked him to “kiss it”, ultimately leaving him with no option but to perform oral sex. After this, Doe lost consciousness, but once he regained consciousness, he went to the rapper’s open pants, “and his anus and buttocks were badly bruised.” Diddy also reportedly threatened her parents if she ever told anyone about what happened between them.

Later, the boy’s counselor returned to the scene and immediately noticed his “badly shaken” face. She took him back to his parents, and even they noted his “lethargic” behavior and how he was “acting different.” Doe’s lawsuit says that since the alleged misconduct, he has “struggled with severe depression and anxiety, which leaves him depressed and exhausted.”

Second lawsuit filed: Diddy and his bodyguard “T” forced 17-year-old boy to perform sex acts

Another lawsuit brings up the plight of a different John Doe, who was allegedly forced to perform oral sex on Diddy during a 2008 “Making the Band” audition. At that time the boy was 17 years old. However, this is not all. The complaint also implicates Combs’ bodyguard, referred to as “T”, in the act, as both adult men forced the boy to have sex with them during three auditions. Like the case of the first boy, Combs again set this as a test for the teen and tricked him into doing something he did not want to do.

It appears that the boy expressed his uneasiness about these events, resulting in Combs warning him that he would “keep an eye” on him. Ultimately, he was eliminated from the competition.

Combs’ representatives have since previously responded to the lawsuit and denounced it as a “publicity stunt.”

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is more interested in media attention than the truth, as evidenced by his frequent press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs can’t respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous on their face or patently false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor,” Combs’ side told Variety.

Combs’ controversial involvement with young aspiring artists is nothing new. The controversial industry “gatekeeper” is under scrutiny for his close friendship with then-teenage Usher and Justin Bieber, who was directly or indirectly mentored by the formally accused rapper. Additionally, a complaint similar to the latest line of allegations states that the “Bad Boy for Life” also drugged and raped Jane Doe when she was 13 years old. An unspecified male-female celebrity pair were believed to have witnessed the attack. Like denying most of the charges, P Diddy has pleaded not guilty to his charges of fraud, sex trafficking and transportation. After being denied bail twice, he awaits his trial in May 2025.
