Diljit Dosanjh touched the steps of Gurdwara Bangla Sahib as he entered the premises. He also folded his hands and prayed and bowed his head.
Singer Diljit Dosanjh, who arrived in Delhi on Friday for the Indian leg of his famous Dil-Luminati Tour, visited Gurdwara Bangla Sahib to seek blessings. Diljit visited Bangla Sahib
The singer folded his hands in prayer as he entered the premises, bowed his head and also touched the steps of the Gurudwara. He was also seen taking Prasad. The singer wore a white T-shirt under a black denim jacket and pants. He also wore a red turban.
The video was posted with the caption, “Bangla Sahib (folded hands emoji).” Diljit’s song Aar Nanak Paar Nanak was added as a background song in the post.
Diljit had earlier shared the post after reaching Delhi.
On Friday evening, Diljit posted a video on Instagram of him reaching India and meeting fans. Sharing pictures from the flight, Diljit expressed his excitement for the concert, which is scheduled to take place in Delhi during the weekend.
She captioned the post, “Dilli ka mausam kya keh raha hai (What is Delhi’s weather saying) Dil-Luminati Tour Saal 24.” He posted an Indian flag emoji along with the old classic, East and West song, Bharat Ka Rahenwala Hoon.
Diljit’s India tour
Diljit has been on tour and performing in America and Europe for the past several weeks. After completing his tour abroad, Diljit is now all set to start the Indian leg of his tour. He will perform at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on Saturday and Sunday. After this the journey will go to Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Indore, Chandigarh and Guwahati.
Diljit recently announced that he will be a part of Border 2, which also stars Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan. The sequel will reportedly be based on the backdrop of the Battle of Longewala. The shooting of the film is expected to begin in November.
