Richard rose to fame in 2005 as part of Danity Kane, a girl group formed through MTV’s Making the Band. Later, she joined Combs and Kalenna Harper to form Diddy-Dirty Money in 2010. The trio disbanded in 2012.

Richard filed a lawsuit against Combs in September, accusing him of sexually assaulting and witnessing the alleged physical assault of his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Combs is currently being held in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering and prostitution. His lawyers made a third attempt to secure his release on bail on Friday, November 22, with a decision expected next week.

Richard accuses Diddy of abuse and threats in BBC interview

Sitting down for an interview with BBC Newsnight, broadcast on 21 November, Bloom explained the allegations in detail. Bloom said, “Richard alleges that Combs ‘touched and grabbed her body parts, sexually assaulted her,'” Bloom said, adding, “He not only failed to pay her the money she was promised , but actually prevented him from eating and sleeping during that time.” Years – just treated him very badly.

Richard also alleged that he witnessed Combs’ “serious acts of violence” toward Ventura and other women while they worked together.

Combs has denied the allegations. His attorney, Erica Wolfe, called the claims baseless in a statement to People Magazine, saying she was “shocked and disappointed by the lawsuit” and accused Richard of fabricating the allegations “in hopes of trying to get a paycheck.”

Bloom revealed that when Richard confronted Combs about his behavior, he was threatened with more physical violence. She said that Sean Combs had a very bad temper and she was absolutely afraid of him… [it was] “Just a very violent, tumultuous environment.”
