New Delhi: Bollywood filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan has come into the fire after a recent episode of Celebrity MasterShef India, where he faced a backlash for his response to actor Gaurav Khanna’s revelation that he is a color blind.

In now-viral clips, celebrity contestants were tasked to prepare Farah’s signature Roast Chicken as part of a Pak challenge. After cooking, they had the opportunity to taste the dish, but as a vegetarian, Gaurav himself could not take a sample of chicken. He asked other contestants to describe the taste instead. Later, while trying to complete his dishes, Gaurav struggled with the presentation.

The judges noticed that Gaurav had selected a plate color that did not complement his dish well. On receiving the response, Gaurav revealed that the color is blind, which has surprised the development surprisingly. However, Farah said, “What nonsense!” Then he tested Gaurav and asked if he could identify the blue jacket of development, which was really red. Gaurav replied that the jacket appeared somewhere between orange and red.
