Farah Khan has landed in hot water (again). This time to make a controversial comment on the cooking reality show Celebrity MasterShefThe filmmaker, who is a judge in the show, was called by the Internet to make fun of the color blindness of actor and contestant Gaurav Khanna.

During the recent episode, the contestants were asked to make a dish inspired by Farah Khan’s popular Roast Chicken. When Gaurav Khanna presented his composition to the judges, he was not very impressed by his offering. When he told that the actor used the same colors in his dish, Gaurav admitted the color being blind.

While Chef Vikas Khanna expressed sympathy for Gaurav, Farah rejected the claim by saying, “What nonsense?”. Then he pointed to Vikas’s red jacket and asked Gaurav if he could not see a blue jacket.

Gaurav said that it was seen somewhere between red and orange.

A video of the episode was shared on X (East Twitter), and it quickly expressed displeasure among the audience.

Some called Farah Khan “insensitive”.

Earlier this month, Farah Khan investigated after filing a criminal complaint against him for allegedly making derogatory remarks about Holi.

The complaint was filed by Vikash Fatta, which is known as Hindustani Bhau at Khar police station. He demanded legal action for controversial statements made during an episode against the filmmaker. Celebrity MasterShef.

In the complaint, Viko Fatt claimed that Farah Khan referred to Holi as “a festival for sixpris”, using a word that is widely seen as derogatory. Hindustani Bhau also said that Khan’s comment hurt his religious sentiments deeply.

An FIR has been filed against Farah Khan under sections 196, 299, 302 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
