Mumbai: IMDb today announced its list of the Top 100 Most Watched Indian Stars of the past decade, based on real page views from over 250 million monthly visitors to IMDb worldwide.

And guess who tops this list? It is none other than Deepika Padukone, who made her debut in the Hindi film industry in 2007 with Om Shanti Om opposite Shah Rukh Khan. In her almost two decade long career in the film industry, she has featured in several blockbusters including Cocktail, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and Padmaavat. She also made her Hollywood debut in 2017 with xXx: Return of Xander Cage opposite Vin Diesel.

She will next be seen in Kalki 2898 AD (releasing on June 27, 2024), and Singham Again will release in theatres later this year.

These rankings are determined based on actual page views from the more than 250 million monthly visitors to IMDb worldwide.

It is noteworthy that the list of 100 stars includes artistes from Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada film industries.

Kamal Haasan, at number 54, has the longest film career, having made his film debut as a child actor in 1960. Tripti Dimri, at number 15, made her film debut in 2017. She is the newest star on the list. Irrfan Khan (at number 5) and Sushant Singh Rajput (at number 7), both famous actors, passed away in 2020, leaving behind a legacy of many famous films.
