Jane Doe, accused in Sean Diddy Combs assault case, reveals her identity after court order

Los Angeles: After a judge ordered Jane Doe to reveal her identity in her sexual assault lawsuit against American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the woman’s accuser has come forward and identified herself as Edmonton Oilers player Evander Kane. Reportedly as ex-wife Anna Kane. ,

Kane used her real name in an amended complaint filed in federal district court in Manhattan on Friday, December 6, ‘People’ magazine reports.

Earlier, US District Judge Jessica GL Clark had ruled that she must turn herself in to continue her lawsuit against the music mogul.

Kane gave a statement to ‘People’ as he said, “I had hoped to use a pseudonym to seek justice for what happened to me as a teenager. The defendants are demanding that I reveal my name. It was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not afraid. I am ready to step forward and hold those who harmed me accountable.”

According to ‘People,’ Kane sued Combs, former Bad Boys CEO Harvey Pierre and a third unnamed associate for sex trafficking and gang rape when she was 17 in December 2023, according to Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura. A month after recording her own explosive sex scandal. Abuse and sex trafficking lawsuit against Combs. Diddy, 54, has denied both allegations and settled with Ventura the next day.

In the filing, Kane claims Pierre approached him in a Detroit-area lounge in Michigan and convinced him to take a private jet with him and the third attacker to Teterboro, NJ. Once she arrived at Daddy’s House recording studio in Manhattan, Kane alleges she was given drugs and alcohol before being “viciously gang-raped”, “one after another”.

Things changed when she reportedly started fainting. Kane claims the three men took turns raping her in the bathroom while she pleaded for them to stop. Ultimately, she claimed she became unconscious, later waking up on the floor in a fetal position and experiencing vaginal pain. The lawsuit claims Kane was driven back to the airport after “regaining his composure” and flown to Michigan.

Combs denied Kane’s allegations in a statement to People shortly after the lawsuit was filed last year. “Enough is enough,” he said in a statement in 2023.

“For the past few weeks, I have sat idly by and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Disgusting allegations have been made against me by individuals seeking a quick payday. Let me be very clear: I did not do any of the terrible things that I am being accused of. I will fight for my name, my family and the truth”, he said.
