Kareena Kapoor’s reaction on Amul’s topic for Raj Kapoor: “Forever in our hearts”

Another day, another post by Kareena Kapoor for her grandfather Raj Kapoor. On Saturday (December 14), the nation celebrated the birth centenary of “Indian cinema’s greatest showman”. Adding to the tribute, Amul India dedicated a special theme to the iconic actor-filmmaker. Mumbai became star-studded on Friday as celebrities came together to celebrate Raj Kapoor’s 100th birth anniversary. As expected, the Kapoor family brought their A-game to the event, making it a grand family affair. Raj Kapoor’s children Randhir Kapoor and Reema Jain were seen posing for the camera with daughters-in-law Babita Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. The next generation of the Kapoor family including Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Aadar Jain also attended, making it a perfect family moment. Adding more charm to the festivities, Kareena’s husband Saif Ali Khan and Ranbir’s wife Alia Bhatt were also present, completing the Kapoor clan for the special occasion.

Before the grand celebration in Mumbai, Kareena Kapoor and her family had a special meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Wednesday. The Kapoor family invited PM Modi to attend the birth centenary celebrations of Raj Kapoor. Kareena’s carousel post on Instagram immediately caught the attention of fans. One photo shows PM Modi signing autographs for Kareena’s sons, Taimur and Jeh, with their names clearly visible in the close-up shot. Other pictures from the meeting show PM Modi interacting with various family members including Saif Ali Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and others.

Raj Kapoor was born on December 14, 1924. This great artist died in 1988 at the age of 63. He is remembered for his work in iconic films. Maverick, Shree 420, Bobby And My name is Joker.
