Sunjay Capur Estate Controversy: Actress Karishma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kian have shifted the Delhi High Court demanding the correct stake in the property of their late father Sujay Kapoor. On Tuesday (September 9), the brothers and sisters filed a petition challenging the validity of Kapoor’s will. The petition said that neither Sunjay Kapoor nor his stepmother, Priya Kapoor ever informed him about the existence of such a wish. The matter is scheduled for hearing on 10 September.

The children argued the court that they were wrongly dropped from Kapoor’s property by Priya Kapoor. Karishma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapoor were married for 13 years, before becoming divine between 2003 and 2016. The couple became daughter Samaira in 2005 and son Kian’s parents in 2011.
