Lizzo recently launched her Halloween costume with an amusing twist, inspired by a reference made to her in a recent South Park episode. The singer took to Instagram on Saturday and shared several pictures showing off her costume for Halloween. Since losing weight, she has dressed like singer Ozempic, with whom her name has often been linked and South Park has also referenced.

Lizzo’s Halloween inspiration from South Park
Lizzo’s Ozempic costume contained a fake drug container emblazoned with her name and fine print labels such as “FDA approved,” “anore suppressant,” and “for single patient use only.” Instead of a traditional belt, she cinched the box dress at her waist with a measuring tape.
In the first photo, she went back to the old-school print ad mold where she asked “Need self-love?” Try Lizzo! Lose the guilt, gain confidence.” The following video featured her doing a little dance with a cutout of Cartman, a character from South Park, while audio from the Ozzemoic episode played in the background. She captioned the post, “Ok Halloween… you can start now.”
The Ozempic episode of South Park titled South Park: The End of Obesity was a satire on the increasing popularity of weight loss drugs such as Ozempic and Monzaro. The same episode included a spoof advertisement for a product called Lizzo.
In her live reaction video on Instagram and TikTok, Lizzo expressed her thoughts about the episode, saying, “It’s crazy, I feel like I’m actually the same bitch,” CNN reports. She continued, “I really showed the world how to love yourself and not cheat, to the extent that these people in Colorado know who I am, and put it on their cartoon that ran for almost 25 years. year,” as reported by CNN.
