If you are fasting at Maha Shivaratri 2025, then there are five foods that are allowed and will keep you active throughout the day.

Water chestnut flour (lion’s atta) and a type of grain flour (Kuttu’s Ata) are used to prepare rotis, puris and pancakes. These gluten -free flour are high in fiber and keeps away the pain of appetite. You can combine them with yogurt for a nutritious food.
