Matthew Perry’s mother believes he had premonitions of his death. In an emotional interview with Today to air on Monday (October 28), on the anniversary of the Friends star’s death, Suzanne Morrison recalled her son’s final moments before his death. In a clip of the upcoming interview, which was previewed on NBC Morning News on Friday, she explained that “there was an inevitability to what was going to happen next.”

Sitting next to her husband and Perry’s stepfather Keith Morrison, Suzanne recalled the last conversation she had with her late son. The 54-year-old actor died of “acute effects of ketamine” after being found unconscious in the hot tub of his Los Angeles home on October 28 last year.
Recalling the moments before the tragedy, Suzanne told host Savannah Guthrie, “She [Perry] “Interestingly, just before his death he went through a phase when he was showing me his new house.”
“He came up to me, and he said, ‘I love you so much, and I’m so happy to be with you now. And I’m so…'” she added, “It was almost as if it There was a premonition or something. Reflecting on her last conversation with Perry, Suzanne said that “there was an inevitability to what was going to happen next to her, and she felt it very strongly.” “But he said, ‘I’m not afraid anymore.’ And it worried me,” she added.
Susan shares Perry with her ex-husband, Jon Bennett. Less than a year after welcoming their only child, they separated. Perry’s mother married Dateline correspondent Morrison. During their marriage, the couple had four children. Bennett also remarried and had a child with his second wife.
