New Delhi: Comedian Zakir Khan once again made headlines with his historic performance at the prestigious Madison Square Garden in New York. Over the years, he has become a domestic name to make Indians laugh with his signature tagline: “Strict Londa.”

Zakir Khan has now named his name as the first Indian comic in history, performing a pack of 6,000 fans in front of the audience, as the first Indian Comic to bring a Hindi stand-up at the veteran Madison Square Garden.

For Zakir, whose journey began in a humble house in Indore, it is not just a personal victory, it is a proud moment for fans across the country.

Coming deeply in music, coming from a family, his grandfather, Ustad Moinuddin Khan, was a famous sargi player, and his father was trained in a music teacher Zakir himself. However, destiny had other plans.

He got out of college and decided to pursue his passion for comedy. In fact, Zakir once revealed on Karkarpati that he was unemployed three years before his big break.
