Meghan Trainor confessed to getting plastic surgery for her breasts and revealed the reason behind her plan. The topic came up on a recent episode of her Workin’ on It podcast, which she co-hosts with her brother Ryan Trainor and her husband Daryl Sabara. The singer explained that her “saggy breasts” increased her desire to get a boob job.

Reason for Meghan Trainor’s breast surgery
During the podcast episode released on Wednesday, Meghan revealed, “I’m getting a boob job. My mother’s breasts were full of milk and now they are empty and then they are full of milk and now they are empty. They got bigger, they got smaller, they got bigger, they got smaller.” Trainor is the mother of two children, Riley and Berry, whom she shares with actor Daryl.
She also revealed that the singer has “lost some weight” and her “breasts have become looser”. In March she told People magazine about her intention to “get fit” for her The Timeless Tour.
“What’s really difficult is that when I’m trying on all these amazing outfits for the tour and for the upcoming shows, I have to wear the most supportive bra possible,” the Me Too singer explained. This could damage the dress and they could squeeze my arms. I’ve always joked and said for years, like, ‘I can’t wait until I get a boob job!'”
The singer’s brother, Ryan, supported her statement as he revealed that Trainor “has been saying this since she was 16”. As reported by The Mirror, she said she had “wanted this my whole life.”
The trainer continued, “So, I will make owls that do not look at the floor and that will be very large. Sorry, they won’t be big, they will be small. I mean, it’s going to be huge for my confidence.”

The trainer gave information about his surgery plans
Going into details of what the singer had in mind regarding the surgery, she only mentioned getting a “lift” or “small implants” to make them look like the trainer described, “We have breasts,’ because right now they don’t. Are .” The Dear Future Husband singer continued, “I love him, I love my body. I’ve been wanting this for years. I went through a lot of counseling… [and] Saw many doctors, took the help of my managers to help me make decisions because they are my best friends in life.” Daryl also went to several consultations with the trainer.
As the conversation ended, the singer teased what she’s currently working on, “a lot of botox and a boob job.” He added, “On a previous episode of the podcast in August 2023, he revealed that he had received Botox injections for a few years.”
