Witness claims he has shocking evidence

Attorney Ariel Mitchell told reporters that one of his clients, who will remain anonymous, testified before the grand jury. It was claimed that the witness had videos containing clips of celebrities potentially victimized by the disgraced mogul.

The new witness revealed that he was first contacted by Department of Homeland Security agents during their investigation of Diddy’s case. According to CNN, Mitchell verified that her client was served a subpoena and that he has the evidence needed to prove that his allegations against Diddy are true. Sources close to the situation revealed that the witness subpoena requested all records, including all digital data stored on devices that contain videos or files belonging to Diddy, as reported by Daily Express US.

Witness claims he has Kim Porter’s works

Sakshi also alleged that she possessed unedited compositions from Diddy’s late ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, the mother of his four children. Mitchell suggested that he planned to work with Amazon and publish written content. However, there is no established timeline for this. Earlier this year, a book appeared on Amazon purporting to be Porter’s memoir, but it was soon removed from the e-commerce platform after the model’s children questioned its authenticity.

Mitchell and his client acknowledged that they were going to a separate hearing to present potential evidence to federal authorities.
