The ‘controversial’ CEO, who manages Billboard-performing artists, is currently engaged in a feud with ADOR’s parent company HYBE Labels. The petition letter submitted to the Seoul Central District Court was said to be prepared in favor of Min Hee Jin; However, exact details have not been revealed yet.

Previously, only the parents of Newjins members had openly supported Min Hee Jin against HYBE CEO Bang Si Hyuk and accused him of alleged exploitation and abuse towards Newjins. The email detailing the incident also mentioned blatant plagiarism and continued efforts to undermine the group. In a recent development, media journalists revealed that court documents from the May 17 hearing included petition papers submitted by Danielle Marsh, Kim Minjie, Hany Pham, Kang Herin and Lee Huyen, according to Yonhap.

Newzines chooses sides in HYBE vs. Min Hee Jin

As one of the parents revealed, the K-pop veteran intended to give the group a break after their Tokyo Dome concert in Japan next month.
