Trailer of upcoming Malayalam comedy entertainer released Pattapakalwas unveiled by the makers today. Written by PS Arjun and directed by Sajir Sadaf, the film stars Krishna Shankar, Sudhi Koppa, Johnny Antony and Kichu Tellus in the lead roles.
The trailer begins with Johnny’s character complaining about a theft in his luxurious bungalow. We soon learn that the stolen prized possession is an old wedding car and it could be the work of a group of petty thieves (led by Krishna). Kichu plays the role of the rich and corrupt businessman for whom the car is stolen. The video then shows glimpses of the cat and mouse game between these players, while Sudhi appears in the middle as a drunken man named Tony.
The film also stars Ramesh Pishardhi, Prashanth, Murali and Gokulan. Music is given by Shaan Rahman. Pattapakal The film’s cinematography is done by Kannan Patteri and editing is done by Jassal Sahir.
Produced by Nandakumar N under the banner of Sri Nandanam Films, the film will release in theatres on June 28.
