Mumbai: Actor Prabhas is currently in the headlines for his upcoming film Kalki 2898. Prabhas recently created a stir online during a big event in Hyderabad. Here he launched his futuristic car, Buji, from his much anticipated film Kalki 2989 AD.

During the event, Prabhas addressed a huge crowd of 15,000 excited fans and thanked everyone for giving him the opportunity to work with big names in the industry like Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone. His words about Deepika got the audience excited. Talking about Deepika, Prabhas said that we are lucky that you are in this film. Thank you very much Deepika.

This movie is directed by Nag Ashwin. Along with Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani are also seen in important roles in this film. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film is inspired by Hindu mythology and tells the story of Kalki. According to the story, Kalki is the one who sets out on a mission to save humanity in a post-apocalyptic world.

Prabhas was last seen in his film Salaar, which was a huge hit in the theatres. The film was also well liked on the OTT platform. Disha Patani played the villain in Yodha, which was loved by her fans.
