Messy, pacy and lots of entertainment – ​​in short, this is the trailer of Pushpa 2 (Pushpa 2: The Rule) for you. The much-awaited trailer of the sequel to the 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise was unveiled today and it promises an action-packed roller-coaster ride. Pushpa, a red sandalwood smuggler from a small town, has expanded his scope. He is now “International” and his enemy SP Bhanwar Singh (Fahadh Faasil) will stop at nothing until he teaches him a lesson. But Pushpa (as the name suggests) is not as delicate as a flower. He can spread like wildfire and he will not compromise on his principles. The trailer is an ode to the character Pushpa, the Pushpa brand and everything that Pushpa stands for. Pushpa aka Allu Arjun says he will never let go of his dues, no matter what the cost.

The trailer also shares a glimpse of the romantic track of Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna (Srivalli). Srivalli is now his wife. The world bows before Pushpa while he cannot say a single word against his wife. But the USP of this installment is an epic confrontation between Pushpa and SP Bhanwar Singh. They will face each other on land, in water, in the jungle and will not leave even an inch on the battlefield. The release date of Pushpa 2 was changed several times. This film starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles will now release on the big screen on December 5. It is noteworthy that this film was earlier scheduled to release a day later on 6th December. Earlier, the makers had announced 15th August release date. Now announcing the new date, Allu Arjun has shared a post on X (formerly Twitter). In the poster, we see Allu Arjun dressed like his character, holding a gun with a cigar in his mouth. The side note read, “Pushpa 2: The Rule on December 5.”

Pushpa 2 – The Rule – is written and directed by Sukumar. It is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. of Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. It is done by Ravi Shankar. The film stars Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Dhanunjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, Anasuya Bhardwaj and Ajay Ghosh. The film’s music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, with cinematography and editing by Miroslav Kuba Brozek and Naveen Nooli respectively.
