Love and War have attracted the attention of cinefiles and internal sources of the industry to gather Bollywood’s three most skillful actors. Alia Bhatt will act with a string of demonstrations acclaimed by reviewers, with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor and sometimes-worse, Vicky Kaushal.
This is the first collaboration between trio, which adds a fresh dynamic in Bhansali’s signature storytelling style, known for its emotional depth, grandeur and operative visuals.
Ranbir Kapoor shared his views on film and team
Recently, during an Instagram live season, he was hosted on his fan community platform “Arcs”, Ranbir Kapoor shared hearty reflections about love and war, offering a glimpse of what cooperation meant.
Ranbir said, “Love and War, is a filler directed by Mr. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and it reflects one of my two favorite actors, Vicky Kaushal and of course my super talented wife Alia Bhatt.”
“And it is directed by the man who has taught me everything about cinema, whatever I know about acting, was sown by him, and he was a master then, and I am working with him 18 years later, and he is still a big master today. So I am very happy with that cooperation,” he said.
The last time Bhansali and Kapoor were collaborated, a film was for Jawariya (2007), who marked the onset of Ranbir in Bollywood.
While the plot description tightly wrapped, interiors suggest that the film will be a romantic drama against the background of both internal and external conflict. True to Bhansali’s style is true, the story is expected to be enriched in the periods of drama, music and love, loss and redemption.
